Penguin Random House annual competition to redesign the cover of well-known books, with 'The Uninhabitable Earth: A Story of the Future by David Wallace-Wells' being the book I selected. The design was inspired by the feeling of what I felt while reading the book. I pictured the earth being stripped of its resource (Tress), highlighting upon deforestation and its impacts.
